Doves Farm Self Raising Flour is milled from soft English wheat with added raising agents. This flour is ideal for deliciously light home made cakes.

Allergen information: Contains: gluten (naturally present in wheat). Made without: nuts, milk, casein, eggs, soya.

Ingredients: Wheat*, Raising Agents (mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate). *Denotes organically grown. The following statutory nutrients are also added to this flour as per The Bread & Flour Regulations 1998: Calcium carbonate, Iron, Thiamine (Vitamin B1) and Niacin.
