Included: 8" Christmas Cake Mix

All the traditional ingredients for a Christmas cake; mixed fruit, mixed peel, glace cherries, chopped blanched almonds, mixed spice, flour, eggs, lemon rind and brown sugar. All the ingredients are pre-weighed and labelled in which order to use.

All you'll need to add is 175g butter, a small bottle of Brandy and the marzipan to decorate.
