About the Product
Add 1 tbsp of oil, 1 tsp salt to 250ml of water, bring to the boil then remove from heat. Pour and stir in 250g of cous cous and allow to steep for 2 mins. Add 2 tsp of butter and cook over low heat whilst stirring with a fork for 3 mins. Alternatively Add 1 part cous cous to 3 parts water. Bring to the boil and simmer until the water is absorbed.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina.
