Organic Golden Caster Sugar

Sucrose is manufactured by all green plants, Cane & Beet used commercially. The less refined a sugar the better the balance between nutrients (flavour) & calories becomes. Caster is a very fine grade of sugar, so-named as the grains fit through a 'caster' or sprinkler.
