How to Use Sodium Bicarbonate
Cooking - Sodium Bicarbonate is used for leavening baked goods that contain acidic ingredients. The acid reacts with the Sodium Bicarbonate releasing bubbles of carbon dioxide.
General Cleaning - To remove grease and stubborn stains, mix 2 tablespoons of Baking Soda with 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice to form a foaming mix. Apply to a damp cloth and clean.
Smelly Carpet? - Just Sprinkle the Baking Soda evenly all over the carpet (use a sieve to get a nice even covering), leave for 3-4 hours then hover up. The smell should be gone and the carpet smelling fresh and clean.
Does your Fridge Smell? - Leave a bowl of Baking Soda in the fridge for 24 hours and any nasty oders will be soaked up by the Baking Soda.
Nobody likes the smell of Wet Dog - Sprinkle Baking Soda over your dogs fur and brush it through. The baking soda should mop up all the odors as its brushed through.

Storage: Re-seal bag and store in a cool dry place away from moisture.
