About the Product
Having a soft, floury texture; smooth, succulent flavour are delicious in almost any savoury dish
- Soak beans overnight (8-12 hrs) in water 4x it's weight, and add 1tsp baking powder*
- Drain and rinse the beans in cold water
- Cook for 1 hour on med-high heat in 2x it's weight of water (For added flavour add onions, garlic etc...)
*Adding baking powder helps them to cook faster and aids digestion.
If you want to bulk cook your beans, you can freeze them after cooking!
